Refunds & Returns - Physical Goods

Our art prints are non-refundable/returnable because they're made-to-order. Please ensure your order is correct before checkout. (We aren't liable if you made an error.)

Sale items are also not returnable because they are made to order.

Due to the nature of digital goods gift cards are not refundable or returnable.

If your item is defective, damaged (or incorrect) we'll offer you a replacement or a refund. 

 

What to do if your item is damaged or defective
  1. Notify us immediately.
  2. Provide photographic evidence within 48 hours of receiving the parcel.
  3. If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. 

We don't offer free shipping for replacement requests made after two days of receiving the defective parcel - regardless of the reason - you will be responsible for the shipping fees.

 

Please don't send items back to us without requesting a return first - we won't accept them.
