How does Upscale Printable Art work?
Browse our store, select the artworks you like, add them to your cart, and complete the checkout process. After payment, for digital downloads, you can immediately download the files from the checkout page or via an email link. For physical prints, we'll handle the printing and ship the artwork directly to you. If you choose a digital download, extract the .ZIP file and print the artwork at home or a print shop.
Are the prints customizable? Can I request specific colors or sizes?

What kind of paper do you use for your art prints?

Can I choose a custom size for my art print?
While our collection primarily features ISO sizes from A5 to A0, we're all about making art fit your unique space.

What do I get if I buy a digital download?
Unless stated otherwise, your purchase consists of a .ZIP file with 6 high-quality JPG files that can be printed up to 50 inches (127 cm) on the longest edge.
What file formats are available for the downloadable prints?

What are the recommended paper sizes for printing?
The artwork can be printed on any size paper up to 50 inches (127 cm) on the longest edge. We offer 6 pre-cropped aspect ratios for each artwork.
Can I print the artwork myself or do I need to use a professional printing service?
You can print the artwork yourself. Visit our printable art guide for more information.
Is there a limit to the number of times I can download the files?
Yes, there is a limit of 3 downloads per purchase. This is in place to discourage unauthorized distribution. If you have used up your downloads and need to download the files again, please contact our customer support.
How do I access my purchased downloads after payment?
You can access your downloads immediately after purchase on the checkout page or via the link that will be emailed to you. If you encounter any issues, please contact our customer support for assistance.
What should I do if I encounter difficulty downloading the file?
In the unlikely event that you experience any challenges downloading the files, please contact our customer support. We'll be glad to assist you and can provide an alternative method, such as using WeTransfer, to ensure you receive your files promptly.
Can I share the downloaded files with others?
No, the digital files are strictly for personal use only and cannot be shared or resold. If someone is interested in the artwork, kindly direct them to our website to make their purchase.
What is the resolution of the digital files?
Our digital files are high-resolution and suitable for quality prints. The files are typically 15000px on the longest edge at 300 dpi (dots per inch) or higher, ensuring sharp and detailed prints.
Can I request a different file format or size for my digital download?
If you have specific format, color, or size requirements, please contact us before purchasing to discuss customization options.
What if I encounter difficulties printing the artwork myself?

While we strive for accurate representation, there may be slight variations due to monitor settings, printer calibration and paper choice. Adjusting your printer settings can help achieve the desired result.
Payments & Security
Your store currency is Rand (ZAR) but I'm from another country - will my payment work?
Yes! We accept all major credit and debit cards.
You can use our currency switcher to see what the price is in a currency you are familiar with.
Because we are based in South Africa the price will be converted to ZAR at the latest exchange rate during checkout.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, American Express and Maestro.
Do you accept Apple Pay?
Yes! We do accept Apple Pay. Simply select the Yoco payment option from an iOS device and the Apple Pay option will be available for you to choose.
How do I know that my online payment is safe?
We use Yoco, Payfast and Payflex to process our card payments.
All platforms ensure 3D Secure authentication for all our online payments — this means that you will receive a ‘One Time PIN’ from your bank as part of the payment process.
The entire ecosystem is internationally recognised and certified as secure by Visa, MasterCard, and EMVCo (the official certifiers of Tap, Chip and PIN card readers worldwide).
Yoco is also fully PCI compliant.

What is your refund/returns policy?

- Non-refundable/returnable because they're made-to-order.
- Please ensure your order is correct before checkout. (We aren't liable if you made an error.)
Printable Art Downloads
- Non-refundable because they're delivered via internet download.
- BUT if you change your mind before you download the product, we will happily issue a refund. (We can see if and when you downloaded the product on our end. 😑)
Sale Items and Gift Cards
- Not returnable/refundable.
What if an item is defective?
If your item is defective, we'll offer you a replacement, refund or store credit.
How do I report a defective item to get a refund/replacement?

What shipping methods do you use?
We exclusively employ local couriers for door-to-door delivery in your country, ensuring secure and reliable shipping.
How quickly do you deliver?
Typically, delivery takes around 7-10 business days. Please note that this time frame may vary based on factors like your country, order size, and our current workload.
How can I track my order?
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order is dispatched.
You can use this number on the local courier's platform for updates.
What if my order is delayed?
While we strive for timely delivery, unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. Please contact our customer support with your order number, and we'll promptly assist you.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Unfortunately, once an order is confirmed, we cannot alter the shipping address. Please double-check your details before confirming your purchase.
Are there any additional fees for international orders?
We strive to produce your order as close as possible to your location using one of our 130+ print partners to avoid you having to pay import duty.
However, on rare occasions we may route an order to a different producer and ship the product internationally, rather than to the location closest to you to ensure stock availability, production capacity, and a smooth and fast delivery.
Therefore, customs fees may apply based on local regulations when we ship internationally across borders. Check with your local customs office for information on additional charges.
What happens if I'm not home during delivery?
The courier will typically leave a notice or attempt redelivery. Check the tracking information for details and contact the courier or our customer support to arrange an alternative delivery time.
Can I combine multiple orders to save on shipping costs?
Unfortunately, we are unable to combine separate orders for shipping. Each order will be processed and shipped individually.
What packing materials do you use to ensure safe delivery?
